QA and Environment

SlipNaxos has been working with Quality Assurance and Environment for many years. From 2001quality and environment issues are focused on our business concept "Competence, Development and Co-operation".

We have found that investments in quality and environment are always profitable. By implementing documentation to the systems ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 we have founded our work with continous improvements concerning quality and environment. The systems have been integreated. Consequently we can develop the company and the products in an efficient way concerning quality and environment.

Quality We perform our work with quality assurance according to the standard SS-EN ISO 9001. High and even quality level is very important, as the abrasives are often used for production grinding in capital-intensive productions where interruptions are very expensive. The customers must have confidence in the high and even quality level of the abrasives.

Environment From the year 1998 and forwards the work with environment is performed according to the standard SS-EN ISO 14001. In our work we always have the ambition to reduce environmental effects from our processes. During the period 1990-1998 we have installed water cleaning plant, gas cleaning plant and noise reduction. The outlets to water and air, as well as the noise levels, have been reduced considerably.
